The fully equipped 6 bay 10 ramp workshop facilities provide access for trucks and semi trailers up to 13.6m long and have the added advantage of an internal height that will accommodate the latest generation of double floor trailers. The modern workshop includes full MOT preparation facilities, including class 7 smoke testing, headlamp setting and electronic brake testing equipment, steam cleaning, and tachograph test rigs.

We are fully equipped to undertake the following commercial vehicle work:

Our MOT bays consist of the following:

Class 4 for Cars are LCV with Brake Tester, Vehicle Ramps, Headlamp beam setter, and exhaust emission tester with catalytic capabilities.
Class 7 Lane with 16 tonne per axle brake tester, full length work pit equipped with air operated light sacks, lubricated turn panels, and headlight beam tester.
1 x bay 2 x 2 post vehicle lifts
1 x bay with 1 x 2 post vehicle lifts
1 x bay 1 x 4 post vehicle lifts
1 x bay with ¾ length work pit equipped with air operated lift jacks.

The freestanding equipment includes:

  • Bluetooth computer for wheel alignment system
  • Bosch KTS Car & LCV Diagnostic equipment
  • TEXA commercial vehicle diagnostic equipment
  • Specialist individual diagnostic computers for Iveco, Fiat, and Hino.

We pride ourselves that in the local Manchester area all work within a 30 mile radius is completed “in house”. However, we have established working relationships with over thirty industry professional specialists and workshops that we can call upon should the unexpected necessity arise. We are proud to be able to stand alone to achieve our company goals, but have the support of these organisations should the extreme circumstance arise.
